How to use our "how much can I borrow" mortgage calculator:

  • Enter the total gross monthly income you'll be using for qualifying. Include any commissions, bonus pay, and other taxable income (do not include income you do not report to the IRS). For irregular pay, add the annual amounts up and divide them by 12 to get a monthly figure.
